Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how aivideo-generator.net, operating as aivideo and registered in Singapore, handles personal information when you use our website, AI generation services, subscriptions and support. Contact sctm002@gmail.com for privacy questions and requests.
Operator: aivideo-generator.net · Country of registration: Singapore

1. Information we process
Account information includes your email address, optional display name, language preference, password hash and account status. Service records include prompts, generation parameters, uploaded images, videos and audio, generated files, task identifiers and results, credit movements, subscription periods, invoice identifiers and refund records.
We also process information you send to support, and technical records such as IP addresses, user agents, login/session information, errors and administrative actions where needed to operate and protect the service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys or full payment credentials to support.
2. Why we use this information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested AI generation, deliver verification and password-reset emails, manage subscriptions and credits, process refunds, respond to requests, prevent prohibited use, investigate errors and disputes, and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on providing the requested contract/service, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate operational and security interests, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; this does not affect prior lawful processing and may affect features that depend on that information.
3. AI providers and other recipients
Prompts and reference media needed for your request are sent to the selected external AI generation services. Content may also be processed by safety services to enforce restrictions on pornography, graphic gore, drugs and political content. Hosting, email and support providers receive information necessary for their services; authorized personnel may access relevant records for support, security and enforcement.
External AI providers process submitted content under their own applicable terms. We cannot promise that all providers have identical retention or model-training practices. Do not upload confidential information, sensitive personal data or another person's content unless you have the rights and authorization needed to share it with these services.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, a valid authority request, or to protect rights and address fraud or disputes. We do not sell personal information as a product.
4. Paddle payment processing
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle and handles checkout, payment methods, tax and invoicing information, recurring charges and refunds. Information you enter in Paddle checkout is processed by Paddle and its payment providers under their own privacy notices.
aivideo receives transaction and subscription identifiers, payment/refund status, amounts, currency, billing periods and relevant customer records required to deliver the purchased service and provide support. aivideo does not collect or store your full card number or card security code on its application server. See Paddle's privacy policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
5. Private media and retention
Uploaded originals are private and kept for at most 6 hours. Prohibited files may be deleted earlier. A limited temporary access link may be supplied to an AI provider when required to process your request. These links are not public media listings.
Generated image and video files are retained for at most 24 hours. Download them promptly. Each user download link permits one download or expires after 10 minutes, whichever comes first. File expiry does not erase the related prompt, generation parameters, task status or billing records.
Account, subscription, invoice, credit, support, security and audit records are retained while needed for the account or for accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute handling. Retention depends on the record and purpose; backups and external providers may have separate retention schedules. A deletion request is assessed against those requirements and is not a promise to erase legally required payment records.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use an authentication cookie to keep sessions secure and browser storage for settings such as language, temporary workspace state and, for administrators, time-limited management access. Paddle may use its own cookies or similar technologies when checkout is loaded for payment and fraud prevention.
You can clear or block cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, but login, stored preferences and checkout may stop working. This policy does not treat acceptance of service terms as permission for unrelated advertising tracking.
7. International processing and security
Our hosting, AI, email and payment services may process data in countries other than your own, including outside Singapore. Applicable protections and any safeguards required by law apply to these transfers. Contact support if you need information about processing connected to a particular request.
We use access restrictions, password hashing, private media storage and secure connections to protect information. No internet service guarantees absolute security. Report suspected account misuse or a privacy incident promptly to sctm002@gmail.com.
8. Your requests and choices
Email sctm002@gmail.com using your account email to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Where applicable, you may also request a copy of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing or withdraw consent. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and explain any lawful limitation or retained records.
Before requesting account closure, cancel automatic renewal in Billing if you want to stop future subscription charges. A privacy or deletion request does not itself cancel a subscription or create a refund. You can also raise a privacy complaint with the relevant data-protection authority, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission where applicable.
9. Children and changes to this policy
The service is intended for people legally able to enter the service agreement, not for children using it independently without the necessary authorization. If you believe a child provided personal information without the required consent, contact support so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Updates are published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through an appropriate website notice. Contact sctm002@gmail.com for questions about this policy.
